Note on currency rates: When fetching exchange rates, only a standard API request is made to retrieve publicly available rate data. No personal data, account information, financial transaction data, or financial details are sent to this service.
When you join a family group:
When you leave or are removed from a family, you lose access to shared accounts and transactions. Your personal accounts remain accessible to you.
Wallet Plan offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
If you enable the App Lock feature:
Wallet Plan is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
